Herend celebrates 2007 as a milestone marking 50 years of formal distribution in the United States. The U.S.A. Golden Anniversary Limited Edition Tureen and Platter is an unprecedented union of the "Queen Victoria and "Rothschild Bird patterns. These patterns represent early success of Herend in the U.S. and continue to be enormously popular today. Key elements from each pattern are delicately hand painted by two different artists specializing in each pattern. Each tureen bears the artists signatures, as well as a special Golden Anniversary hallmark. Limited to 150 editions, the tureen is packaged in a luxury case.
